Permissions determine the capabilities of your software. Depending on your product, your Permissions may be defined using either a hardware or software key.

If you do not have Permissions for certain features of your software, such as Hot Folders, contact your Sales Representative for an upgrade.

Checking Your Key Permissions

In RIP-Queue , click File > View > Key from the main page. Or click Help > About RIP-Queue > Key... This opens the Permissions dialog (Figure 1). You can review this dialog to determine which features you do and do not have access to.
